for Allegro Auditions
Dear Music Teacher: The student listed below is scheduled to audition for the Allegro Choirs of Kansas City. The student's audition will be complete when we receive this form.

Please attach the completed form and email to admin@allegrokc.org, or mail it to Allegro at the following address: Allegro Choirs of KC, 110 W 3rd St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012. You may also place the Recommendation Form in an envelope, seal the envelope, write your signature over the sealed flap of the envelope and return the form to the student so that he/she can bring it to the Allegro audition.
