    1. During registration for Interota 2020 Hong Kong, personal data will be collected which are necessary for the successful registration to Interota 2020 Hong Kong and for planning any activities during Interota 2020 Hong Kong.

    2. The Organizer as a data user undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal data kept are accurate, securely kept and used only for the purpose for which they have been collected. The Organizer has an obligation to keep your personal data safe in accordance with local and European laws and regulations.

    3. Personal data provided by you during registration will be stored in our database until the completion of Interota 2020 Hong Kong.

    4. Personal information (including but not limited to name and e-mail) will be used by the Organizer for keeping you up-to-date with developments relating to Interota 2020 Hong Kong and for contacting you for any matters regarding your participation to Interota 2020 Hong Kong.

    5. Where it is necessary for the purposes of Interota 2020 Hong Kong, the Organizer may share any necessary personal data with our partners, supporters and sponsors. If this occurs, we will ensure that our partners, supporters and sponsors will keep any personal data shared with them safe and only for as long as necessary.

    6. During Interota 2020 Hong Kong and any pre-events and post-events related to Interota 2020 Hong Kong, photo-taking and video recording will be conducted to document the events. These photographs and videos will be properties of Interota 2020 Hong Kong and may be published via any channel, online and offline such as, but not limited to the Interota 2020 Hong Kong website and social media.
