AWS - Kindergarten Application For Enrollment

Applicants should be at least 4 years old by May 31st of the year of entry.

The applicant’s information will be reviewed after the all of the following have been completed and submitted:
1. Student & Parent/Guardian Info Form
2. Student Confidential Developmental History Form
3. Release of Records Form (for children transferring from another school)
4. $50 non-refundable application processing fee paid
Kindergarten program is for children ages four to six years old. Classes meet 5 days a week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 12:15 pm. Afternoon care is available (see Lunch Bunch option). During the admissions process, AWS teachers will determine the proper placement for your child based on developmental readiness.
