2024-2025 Troop Product Manager Agreement

All funds I collect from the troop, related to the product program, are the property of Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and I accept full financial responsibility for providing the council payment and troop proceeds according to established procedures and identified dates or be subject to collections action or prosecution.
I will ensure all funds and paperwork are submitted according to ACH withdrawal timelines.
I am currently a registered and approved Girl Scouts of Western Ohio Troop Leader or Troop Assistant - [Fall Product and/or Cookie] Manager.
I will use all information I receive as a troop product program manager, including names, addresses, and telephone numbers, only as reasonably necessary to perform my duties.
I will attend the required training in order to uphold the policies, procedures, and goals of the product program.
I will complete and sign a receipt anytime product or money is/are exchanged.
I will submit all troop product orders and reward orders by the designated due dates.
I will collect troop rewards from the service unit product coordinator within their specified timeframe.
I will distribute all program materials, products, and rewards to the girls within one week of receiving them.
I understand that I am responsible for keeping all product, funds, and rewards that may be in my possession free from hazards including but not limited to smoke, weather, and pet damage.
I am responsible for all product, funds, and rewards under my management, including those lost, stolen or damaged.

Product Program Materials

For the 2024 Fall Product Program and 2025 Cookie Program, all troops must connect with the service unit product coordinator in order to receive their materials. This includes manuals, receipt books, and order cards.

Materials will NOT be mailed to any troops for either program.

All materials can be received directly from your service unit product coordinator.

Attention Cookie Rookies (brand new cookie managers):

The troop's Cookie Program materials will be shipped to your service unit cookie coordinator and will not come to you directly. You will need to meet up with them to get your materials and training to ensure the troop is fully prepared to rock out the Cookie Program!

Girl Scout Cookie Program Material Shipping

Please be sure to communicate with your troop leadership team and decide which ONE person will receive your materials. If you have not already discussed, please do so before submitting this form!

If this form is submitted after September 30th, check with your service unit cookie coordinator to see who received your materials or to arrange pick up.

Girl Scout Cookie Program Material Shipping

The deadline to ensure that your cookie materials were sent directly to your troop has passed. If your troop had a registered cookie manager by September 30th materials will be sent to their home address, if no cookie manager then materials are mailed to one of your troop leaders.

If you are unsure who received your materials please reach out to customer care or your service unit cookie coordinator who can verify where your kit was sent. SUCCs also receive extra materials and can put together a kit for you in case of late registration.

I will take all reasonable precautions to limit potential exposure for girls, volunteers, and families, based on Girl Scouts of Western Ohio and state guidelines. I will hold Girl Scouts of Western Ohio harmless and waive all right to legal action, if my daughter contracts COVID through exposure at a Girl Scout event.

By completing and submitting this form, I am agreeing to the requirements of the position listed above and understand that volunteer appointment is contingent upon the successful completion of screening and selection processes and is for a term of one year. Girl Scouts of Western Ohio reserves the right to appoint or release adult volunteers based on identified eligibility criteria and compliance with volunteer policies and procedure.*
