Client Agreement, Acknowledgment, & Policies

Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and Set-up will be the night before the event after 7 PM. **Time depends on our delivery schedule.**

Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery or if you need a different delivery time.

Pick up will be between the hours of 7PM-10PM.

*Currently only serving Elk Grove and close surrounding areas with a delivery charge*

Invoices and Payment

Invoices will be sent once the booking is confirmed. **We accept payment through Zelle, Cash App, paypal (with a service fee) and cash.**

Your reservation IS NOT booked until full payment is received.
For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard sign display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost starts at $25 per piece. Please DO NOT move nor pull the signs from the ground. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $50 IF SIGNS ARE MOVED.*

You MUST water your lawn for at least 30 minutes the night before the install. The stakes cannot go into dry ground. If I cannot install due to dry ground, a refund WILL NOT be given. Ensure that all sprinklers are off at the time of install and while the signs are up. If you have landscapers coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. DO NOT mow or weed-eat while the signs are up. This will damage the signs. Please remove ALL pet waste from the yard the day before installation.*

We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard sign setups include small advertising for Signed by Shonna. This may NOT be removed.*

By renting from Signed by Shonna, you agree to release Signed by Shonna and all of of its representatives from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your yard sign rental.*

REFUNDS 1.) If you cancel your booking with more than 72 hours notice, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability. 2.) No refunds if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice. 3.) No refunds on any custom sign orders. 4.) No refunds will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. 5.) No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community. 6.) In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays and will issue a full refund. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH), winter weather and any other Act of God that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way.*
