Important Event Information
Camz Food Truck & Entertainment Park Sunday Events start at 5:00pm on Camz Sundays and are expected to end no later than 11pm. Booth setup time is 3pm to 4:30pm on Sunday. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths.
Vendors must provide all food, heating equipment, electrical and water needed for their booth. Each vendor must also bring their own 6 to 8 foot table, tent and chairs if desired.
Vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, it must not interfere with another vendors area. If you would like to purchase more than one vendor section, please let us know in the description of products section. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.
Camz Food Truck & Entertainment Park, is not liable or responsible for any of your permits required, accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the property. In addition, Camz Food Truck & Entertainment Park, assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.
Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, Camz Food Truck & Entertainment park with have the events rescheduled to a date to be determined. In the event that our events are not rescheduled or canceled by Camz Food Truck & Entertainment Park, this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.
Payment by Cashapp or Zelle
After submission of your application, a representative will contact you to complete the application process and accept your payment method. If there is a similar vendor previously booked, we will notify you at that time and keep your information on file for future events.
