Enterprise Jr. Hornets Football and Cheer programs desire is to deliver the best experience for our parents and athletes, we rely on your support to participate in our success through volunteering.
Hours required: Our program requires 4 volunteer hours per athlete per season. Please note that the max number of hours required per family is 8 hours. Coaching and being a board member fills the
volunteer requirement. (If a coach or board member resigns before 1st day of practice then they are required to pay the $50.00 fee) Providing team snacks for practices and/or games does not fill volunteer requirements.
Volunteer Fee: This fee is $50.00 per Athlete per season and is paid at the time of athlete's
registration. This fee is to assist those families who are unable to volunteer the required hours, by assisting EJH to secure volunteers or pay volunteers from Enterprise High School programs if needed
Fee Reimbursement: The $50.00 fee is reimbursable once you have satisfied the required hours.
The reimbursement will be made to the person who registered the athlete. In order to be reimbursed the volunteer fee, your hours will be monitored on the hour form that will be kept in a folder at all functions. When you volunteer the date, time completed, and volunteer event will be written down and signed by a board member. Reimbursement checks will be mailed after the last game and before the end of the season banquet.
