If applicable, I have obtained the written approval from SSF Services Pty Ltd to charge any non-standard amounts such as public holidays, weekends or evening penalty rates. If there are no written approval for any non-standard charges, SSF Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject the invoice being billed for until there is sufficient supporting documentation to which SSF Services Pty Ltd will see fit. I understand that SSF Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse any supplied services and invoices where the SSF Master Services Agreement has not been agreed to. I abide by any required legislative requirements in the jurisdiction I trade in. Adhered to Work Health & Safety guidelines as per updated State government and Federal government orders. Complied with all site operating procedures, company policies, legislative requirements, and charged the hours and pay as APPROVED by SSF Services Pty Ltd. Adhered to the operating policies and procedures as required by SSF Services Pty Ltd. Understand that SSF Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to claim back or demand a refund of service fees should it find that any of the information provided are misleading, cannot be justified, lacks supporting documentation, contravenes the company operating policies & procedures, and/or carried out unapproved services such as not supplying proof of qualifications to professionally perform a service. As a sub-contractor, I understand that I indemnify SSF Services Pty Ltd should there be any claims against SSF Services Pty Ltd in the event of loss, damages or any other liabilities that arises from negligence, not following required policies or procedures, not adhering to guidelines, requests, rules, processes and any directives communicated by SSF Services Pty Ltd authorised representatives including managers and directors.
