• Bookings must be made atleast 2 weeks in advance. Last minute bookings (3 days prior) are subject to a $50 rush fee.
For last min bookings please DM before booking, as availability i'snt guaranteed.
• Multi-room, large space bookings such as full apartments/condos and houses are subject to additional charges. Space evaluation will be conducted during consultation.
• A $15 late fee is applied to your remaining balance every 15mins after my arrival that I have to wait to begin my work. In return, $15 will be deducted from your remaining balance every 15mins I am late.
45mins is my MAX wait time. In the event you need your booking pushed back same-day, only 45mins past the initial booked time will be granted. All decor included in your package will be left for or given to you, and set up will be cancelled.
No exceptions.
• A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit is due upon booking and must be sent via e-transfer within 24hrs. Your booking may be cancelled without further notice. No deposit, no booking.

• Remaining balance is due upon my arrival before I begin my work. Satisfactory check-in can be done via pictures/video or facetime if you're absent at the end of set up.
• Set up is 2-4 hours depending on your package and space.
• If you need to reschedule, the preferred date must be requested atleast 5 days in advance prior to your original booking. Availability is not guaranteed.
