    • Food vendors must be self-contained as there will not be access to electricity or water. 

    • As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be provided to guests at check-in. Will you be providing a promotional item?*

    SPACE RESERVATION & PAYMENT

    Vendor location will be assigned on a first-registered, first-served basis. We can accommodate up to 26 vendors each day.

    Thanks to the layout of the Dojo Creative Studios parking lot, all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces! View the event map above.

    Event management will assign vendor space based on your products. Vendors may request a different space after assignment, however, the acceptance of the request is not guaranteed.
