ELEVATE Will County Business Expo - Saturday, August 24, 2024

Vendor Terms:

This agreement is to verify your participation as a vendor in ELEVATE – Saturday, August 24, 2024 located at: Holiday Inn & Suites – 1471 Rock Creek Boulevard, Joliet, Illinois

We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited. 

Vendors must pay the registration fee before vending space is reserved. Please note, we will not hold any spaces or accept partial payments. Registration fees are non-refundable. ELEVATE is an indoor event and is a rain or shine event. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, pandemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, BP Events -ELEVATE will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by BP Events this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.

Payment shall be made directly through PayPal on the registration JotForm. If you do not have PayPal, please touch base with BP Events and secure your spot using  CashApp - $charbpevents 

Once you have secured your vendor spot with payment, a confirmation will be sent to your email within 48 hours.

BP Events & ELEVATE is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, BP Events & ELEVATE assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products, services and product effects. Participation as a vendor in ELEVATE is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for their products and services. Registration and vendor space cannot be transferred or reassigned without the permission of BP Events planning team. Inclusion as a vendor allows business vendor to participate in ELEVATE but does not guarantee sales. 

BP Events & ELEVATE is not liable for any damage to business vendor or anything affliated with vendors table/space due to the following: theft, weather, fire or disturbance in connection with or during ELEVATE.

Vendor Information & Details: 

Vendor space includes a 10x10 space. BP Events will provide a 6 ft table, two chairs and one black table linen included in registration.  Everything for your booth space must fit within the 10x10 marked space. Vendor spots will be centrally located in the ballroom, foyer and outdoor rotunda space (weather permitting). 

Vendor location is first come, first pick. When doors open for vendor setup you are allowed to pick your spot. All vendor space options are general. No premium vendor spots this year. 

General ($99.00)

Vendor is responsible for maintaining their space and disposing of trash before, during, and after ELEVATE. If vendor leaves excess trash or damage, vendor may be charged fees and prohibited from participation in future events.

Food vendors are required to secure a temporary food permit with the Will County Health Department. Please visit the attached site below for more information and the temporary permit. ALL FOOD VENDORS PLEASE SECURE YOUR PERMIT ASAP and make sure you're in full compliance with the guidelines for Will County Health Department.  This is your responsiblity and BP Events will not be responsible for ensuring vendors have the required permit.

Saturday Check-in & Set up: 10:00am

Saturday vending hours: Noon – 5pm 

Conclusion & Breakdown: 5-6pm

Attendees to ELEVATE enter one of two ways into the Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn can be accessed using the front entrance or the back entrance. We will have signage showing attendees which direction ELEVATE is taking place at both entrances. 

A limited amount of outlets are available for electronic equipment, those needs should be specified in registration. Vendor spots that have access to outlets will be marked during set up.

Wifi is available at the Holiday Inn.
