Stud Contract
This is an agreement between stud owner Mighty Bulldogs and   First Name   Last Name  ( bitch owner ) on  Date  .

The above referenced parties acknowledge that their dogs are AKC registered and are in good standings with AKC. Both parties agree to exchange necessary AKC registration information upon successful completion of stud services that result in pregnancy.

Bitch owner understands that a progesterone test should be completed prior to stud services being completed. This helps ensure best possible results. Stud's semen has been evaluated by a licensed Veterinarian, but we can not guarantee 100% result in pregnancy.

Parties agree that a successful litter will be two or more puppies dead or alive. If the dam does not have two or more puppies, Mighty Bulldogs will offer one free rebreed with the same stud/bitch. If shipping is required, this will be at the expense of the bitch owner.

Parties agree that payment made will be nonrefundable/non-transferrable. If parties agree to a puppy back deal, bitch owner must immediately register litter upon birth and provide confirmation to stud owner.
