Call for Summer Tutoring Schedule

Academy Tutoring requires a two-prong process:

1. An initial screening ($50)
2. Diagnostic Testing & Periodic Assessment ($100)

STEP 1:
By registering online and paying the non-refundable Initial Screening Fee ($50.00), you are holding a spot for your child in HCCA’s Academy Tutoring Program for students seeking remediation or advanced studies help in certain subject areas; who wish to better prepare and score higher on tests; keep ahead of the learning curve in mainstream academia; or simply increase their chances of acceptance into institutions of higher learning. Space is limited so the Initial Screening Fee will only hold your space for 10 business days (2 weeks). You must complete the Initial Assessment within this time frame in order to be considered for further Diagnostic Assessment and Testing, a prerequisite for beginning the Tutoring process. Note: For multiple children, please reserve each child separately.

STEP 2:
Once you have registered, print out the Tutoring Enrollment Contract and fill it out in its entirety. All information in this Contract is important. HCCA must receive the signed Tutoring Enrollment Contract within 2 weeks of online registration or the registration will be cancelled. Once this information has been received, someone will call to schedule your child’s screening.
