DISCLOSURES (You are required to acknowledge in the booking form)

• The initial down payment plus options is now due. The balance will be divided into equal monthly payments due by the 15th of each month, with the final payment due by December 1, 2023. All amounts are per person. All agency fees must be collected before the cancellation or change can be processed. Once the initial deposit is made, the cancellation policy is as follows:
• Within 7 days of booking, you can receive a refund of your deposit. An agency fee of $25 per person will be deducted.
• After 7 days of booking and before December 1, 2023, you can receive a full refund on any payments, except your deposit. An agency fee of $75 per person will apply for any cancellation or change to the reservation.
• Between December 2, 2023, and February 22, 2024, any funds paid will be converted to Future Voyage Credit, good to use on any voyage 1 year from the original voyage start date. An agency fee of $100 per person will apply for any cancellation or change to the reservation.
• After February 22, 2024, within 44 days of your voyage, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to send a mate in your place up to 4 days before your voyage, if you really can't sail. The primary traveler may still need to remain on the reservation. An agency fee of $100 per person will apply for any cancellation or change to the reservation.
• Please know that it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request.
• Cancellation of a person or persons in a package that involve a change in room configuration or category (for example, from double occupancy to single occupancy or from sea view to sea terrace) are subject to the rates in effect at the time the cancellation or change is made. Fees will apply based on the date of the change.
• A name change fee of $75 applies to all reservations, if a roommate is changed. This fee is in additional to any cancellation policies incurred by the roommate that cancels. If a roommate cancels, and a replacement can't be found, the reservation will be rebooked and subject to the rates based on the remaining occupant(s) in effect at that time. Only one name change per cabin is allowed. Fees will apply based on the date of the change.
• US Passports are REQUIRED for Virgin Voyages. Any other forms of identification are UNACCEPTABLE for this CRUISE. A REAL ID will be required to fly. All identification must be VALID and UNEXPIRED.
• US Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your dates of travel. GDS Travel Solutions will not be held responsible for any boarding denials as a result of not having the proper proof of citizenship or other issues.
• Real ID - Beginning May 3, 2023, every air traveler 18 years of age and older will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States. REAL ID-compliant cards are marked with a star at the top of the card. If you’re not sure, contact your state driver’s license agency on how to obtain a REAL ID compliant card.
• For information by state, including where to obtain a REAL ID, visit the DHS REAL ID website and click your state on the map.
• The ship departs at 6:00 PM. Not 7:35, 7:17 or 8:26 PM. You must check in on the vessel at least TWO (2) HOURS prior to departure or you WILL BE DENIED BOARDING. You understand that if you miss the embarkation, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR CRUISE.
• After you make your first deposit, you are required to make monthly deposits or your booking may be cancelled for abandonment of reservation. Please know it is your responsibility to be sure that whoever you choose as your roommate/ travel mate for your selected travel event is also making their monthly payments. We can provide roommate account summaries upon request. This vacation is designed to allow for flexible monthly payments. Monthly payments are due on the 15th of each month. If you find yourself in a difficult financial situation and cannot make a monthly payment please email us immediately. If two months have passed without payment or communication, an initial notice of cancellation will be sent. All previous payments will be forfeited. If no communication or payment is made after the initial notice, the reservation will be cancelled. The cancellation policy in effect at that time will be applied. This may cause financial impact to remaining cabin mate(s). Final payment is due December 1, 2023. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous payments will forfeit.
• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended by GDS Travel Solutions to protect clients from certain situations that could cause this trip to be cancelled, supplier bankruptcy/default, interrupted, and/or delayed resulting in a loss of time and money for incurred expenses due to baggage loss, medical expenses and even emergency air transportation.
