VENDOR TERMS*

Vendor registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the Southwest Express Pop-Up Shop will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by E.R.R.U.P.T Management, LLC, The Dojo Creative Studios, Double Up AZ, LLC this agreement is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund.Music will be provided by live DJ and performers. No competing music or entertainment will be allowed.Vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the Southwest Express Fest.

VENDOR AGREEMENTS*

Vendors may access the event space beginning at 12:00 pm. The event concludes at 8:00 pm and vendors have until 9:00 pm for break down.Under NO circumstances should vendors leave the event or begin breakdown earlier than 8:00 pm, this will be grounds for a $50 fine and will result in that vendor being unable to participate in future E.R.R.U.P.T Management, LLC, The Dojo Creative Studios, Double Up AZ, LLC events.Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to a 10'x10' display size. Each vendor must bring their own 6-foot table(s) (one is preferred by you may bring up to 2), up to four clothing racks, up to two chairs, and their own pop-up tent no larger than 10'x10'. We encourage you to make your display as unique as you want to within the allotted 10'x10' space.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK*

Participation in the Southwest Express May 2021 event is voluntary, and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.Neither E.R.R.U.P.T Management, LLC, The Dojo Creative Studios, Double Up AZ, LLC are liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are attending.E.R.R.U.P.T Management, LLC, The Dojo Creative Studios, Double Up AZ, LLC assume no liability or responsibility for any effects vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects and should carry at the appropriate insurance coverage that is standard for your industry.This agreement is to verify your participation in Southwest Express on Saturday/Sunday May 1/2nd, 2021 at The Dojo Creative Studios on 1321 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ, 85034.
