Apex Real Estate School Registration

Please fill out the below form to become registered for classes. Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6-9pm via zoom online classes. We teach every Tuesday and Thursday evening and you could start your classes with us at any time. It takes 9 full weeks of participation to satisfy your 75 hour requirement, including passing our classroom exam. If you would like to finish sooner, you can work with our instructors to do so.

The state of New Jersey requires the following in order to be licensed as a salesperson: 1) You must be 18 years of age (at time of obtaining license). 2) You must be a legal resident of the United States. 3) You must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. 4) You must be of good moral character. Background check will be completed. Not all criminal activity or convictions will preclude you from obtaining a license.
