Thank you for your interest in one of our Golden-Doodle puppies. If you have any questions, please call, message us on Facebook or send us an email to lazyacresdoodles@gmail.com.

Completing this application along with a phone consultation is required as part of our screening process for all new adopting families before being added to our waiting list. Once you are approved for adoption, a $300 reservation fee is required, in the form of a Personal Check, Money Order or Venmo payment. Reservations Fees are non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. The remaining balance is due at time of pickup which is at 8 weeks of age. Once we receive your application form, we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your application and provide details about our current or upcoming litters.

The rule of thumb for how long a puppy can hold it in the crate - during the day is their age in months. So at 8 weeks, 2 months old, they can be in the crate 2 hours. At 12 weeks, 3 months old, 3 hours.
Is this puppy being purchased as a surprise or gift for anyone?

This litter will be available to go home on the date specified on Facebook page, Will you be able to take this puppy home on or within 3-4 days of this date?
Goldendoodles require professional grooming approx. every 8 weeks, and it can cost $100+ each time. Lack of grooming can cause serious skin problems. Are you committed to this necessary expense?
Do you agree to give us follow-up reports and photos from time to time?
At Lazy Acres Doodles, we require the puppy/dog be returned to us - at any age - if you are unable to care for the dog. Our goal here is to keep any Lazy Acres Doodle dog from being in a shelter, rescue or anywhere he/she's not wanted. We will work with you to find the right home. We want to know if the dog has been re-homed so the new owner knows we will always take them back and rehome if needed - at any age. Do you agree to notify Lazy Acres Doodles first if you can no longer keep your dog?
Lazy Acres Doodle puppies are sold on a strict Non-Breeding - Spay or Neuter Contract. We do not allow our pet puppies to be used for breeding. Do you agree to spay or neuter your puppy by 18 months of age?
