Payment, Appointment Confirmation & No Show Policy:
*Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We are happy to prepare estimates for our services.
*Appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advanced either by Email, Text or Phone. If you do not confirm or we are unable to reach you the day prior to confirm, your appointment will be moved to "Work-In" status and will be fit in as time allows between confirmed appointments. This may result in significant wait time for your appointment.
*If an appointment is confirmed and a NO SHOW (cancellation with less than 24 hours notice) occurs, you will be responsible for a non-refundable Examination Fee deposit to reschedule. This will be credited to your account for the rescheduled appointment date, however if another NO SHOW occurs the deposit will be taken in place of the missed appointment.
