Summer REC registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that some camps may have a maximum occupancy based on staff availability. RCS reserves the right to cancel any camp, with a full refund, due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not accept drop-in campers without prior registration.
Payment is due upon registration. Cancellation, by the camper, any time after registration and up until 2 weeks before the camp begins, will result in a $10 non-refundable fee. Cancellation within the 2 weeks before camp begins will result in a 50% refund.
Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 guidelines (that may change by the summer), all Summer REC programs may be cancelled. Therefore, if cancellation is made by RCS, a full refund will be given.
A separate REC registration form is required for EACH camper. You may sign up for as many camps as desired on one form.
A fully paid camper registration form must be completed BEFORE a sibling discount will be available. A 50% discount will be applied to each sibling of a FULLY paid camper in the SAME week.
