  • Our Pet Policy is as follows:

    • No Aggressive Breeds are permitted.
    • No pets over 50 lbs. are permitted.
    • No more than one animal permitted per townhouse.
    • Tenant must pay a deposit of $2,000, with $500 non-refundable, prior to bringing a dog on the premise.
    • Tenant must pay a deposit of $600, with $250 non-refundable, prior to bringing a cat on the premise.
    • Tenant must provide Health and Wellness records for the proposed companion animal, including immunization, rabies, and vaccination records.
    • Tenant must provide a statement as to the species, breed, size, and weight of the proposed companion animal and that, as such, the proposed animal will not propose a threat to the health and safety of other tenants; will not create an undue financial and/or administrative burden on the Landlord, and that tenant will be solely responsible for the companion animal’s behavior and will clean up waste and prevent the animal from being a noise problem.Should an animal express aggressive behavior towards other occupants and guests, the animal owner will be violated, and the pet will be requested to leave. If the animal is not removed from site within 72 hours, the tenant will forfeit their pet deposit, and we will contact animal control.

  • Our Garage Policy is as follows:

    • Tenant(s) pay(s) $100 PER MONTH OF USAGE
    • Tenant acknowledges that this amount will be applied to their rent, and charged on the first of the month. Thus, should they miss a payment, the office will proceed with our late rent policy and charge a fee of $50.
    • Furthermore, tenant(s) understand(s) that if payment continues to be left unpaid, University Townhouses then reserves the right to reclaim the space and dispose of any personal belongings.
    • Tenant(s) agree(s) they are liable for any damage/theft incurred to their vehicles or property during the time in which they rent the space.
       

    Please note that we have a limited amount of garages available, and we cannot guarantee providing you with one.
