Repair Service

Should your Jiffy Steamer require service, we have replacement parts and can repair all models that we manufacture. We also provide technical phone support for those preferring to order parts from us and complete the repair work themselves.

Instructions:

Disassemble the steamer and empty all water from the unit.
Send the base of the steamer only. If you are having an issue with the rod set, water bottle/caddy or hose, send those also.
Once we have received your steamer, the unit will be evaluated and a repair quotation will be emailed to you. If you choose to have the steamer repaired, you will be directed to checkout online to pay for the repair work. If you choose not to have your steamer repaired, we will properly recycle the unit for you and offer a discount on a new Jiffy Steamer. Please note that any repaired unit will come with a 6 month limited warranty regardless of the steamer’s age or condition.
