Ifull name* am aware should Dr. Mar and myself exchange communications through email and text, that:
- Dr. Mar will protect my confidentiality as much as possible, but would like me to be aware that email/text is not completely secure and that privacy could be compromised (i.e. Hacked) but do not hold Dr. Mar responsible.
- Email is not the quickest way to communicate with Dr. Mar and understand in case of emergency I will call 911.
- Or, if I need to speak with her urgently, I will leave her a message at 503 313-7743
- Texting should be reserved for last minute cancelations or questions and can be sent to 503 313-7743. Whenever possible, a personal voicemail is best.
