OVERVIEW
Perspectives is a publication for all nurses and other professionals interested in spiritual care and the specialty practice of faith community nursing. Each issue of Perspectives contains feature and academic articles on topics related spiritual care and faith community nursing as well as news and updates from the Nursing Division of the Spiritual Care Association and the Westberg Institute for Faith Community nursing, tools and resources for practicing FCNs and others working in spiritual care, and community-building articles relating to the specific practices of individuals working in spiritual care and faith community nursing both in the USA and internationally.
Some feature articles also provide Nursing Continuing Professional Development Contact Hours (CNE). Spiritual Care Association Nursing Division is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation..
"BULLETIN BOARD" CONTENT TYPES
The "Bulletin Board" is Perspectives' regular section featuring updates from the Westberg Institute and the Nursing Division of the Spiritual Care Association as well as members of the international Faith Community/Parish Nursing community.
All submissions to the "Bulletin Board" section of Perspectives are subject to approval by the editorial team and the director of the Westberg Institute. Items submitted to this section may be altered for length or edited for readability by the editorial team.

Community Announcements
Community announcements may include events, calls for submission or participation, lists of Foundations, Educator, or Coordinator course graduates, and other related items. (150 words per item maximum)

Honors and Memorials may include brief notices of awards, recognitions, retirements, and deaths within or related to the practice. (150 words per item maximum)
