TERMS
If your request is for a service which is not covered within your current engagement with it, you may leave a deposit now. If your account is past due, you must bring your account current and/or prepay your request or it will not be processed until the past due amount and/or this request is paid.
You will be notified of the fee within one business day. If you leave a deposit now, you will be billed for the difference, unless you are required to prepay the request. If the total fees are less than the deposit, a credit will be posted to your account.
Requests will be processed on a priority and first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive a confirmation email once the service request has been accepted with the exact fee amount.
If this request requires immediate attention, please call the office after you submit the request. You will receive an email confirming your request. If applicable, you must confirm the fee and/or sign an engagement. .
