We are having a fundraiser craft/vendor event to raise money for Aubree. Aubree is 7 years old and was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. We will be doing raffle baskets to raise money for the family. Raffle baskets are not required but are greatly appreciated.
Set up time is 9a.m. Tear down is 5p.m. No early tear down!
welcome crafters and vendors! Just a few things to go over as you fill out your contract. Please be sure to submit your vendor application and payment as soon as possible to guarantee your space for this event. Space will be given on a first paid first served basis. If payment and contract are not received within one week, we will have to move on to the next vendor in line. Pavilion and electric spaces are limited. **Please only one company per space. If you have two business, you will have to purchase a second spot**.
We plan on promoting this event heavily. We advertise in local papers, social media, signs and flyers. Please help promote this event by marking yourself as going in the event on Facebook. Please invite your family and friends and coworkers to the event. Please share the event! This is a great way to advertise your business and products.
Pavilion and electric spaces are limited. Electric spaces are in the pavilions. We are unable to offer electric to tent spaces. If needing electric, please bring an extension cord. Pavilion spaces with electric are $55 per space. Pavilion spaces without electric are $50 per space. Pavilion spaces are 8x8. You are responsible for your own table; table cover and chairs. Tent spaces are in the grass. Please weigh down your tents. Tent spaces are 10x10 and $45 each space. You are responsible for your own tent, weights, tables, table covers and chairs.
