Client Waiver Form

I understand that riding or groundwork at any standard has inherent risk, and that all horses may react unpredictably on occasions.I may fall off and could be injured, or I could be injured during groundwork exercises.I accept that risk. I understand that instructions are given for my safety, and agree to follow instructions given to me by the instructor.I understand that wearing an appropriate riding hat and body protector may reduce the severity of an injury should an accident happen. I agree to wear a riding hat when riding, lunging and leading a horse, and I if I choose not to, I am doing so at my own risk.I understand that any riding or groundwork with my horse may carry the risk of possible injury to my horse. I understand that appropriate protective wear will help reduce the risk of injury to my horse while in work. I agree to use the appropriate protective wear (boots/bandages etc). If I choose not to, I do so at my own risk.I understand that children are at particular risk around horses, and agree that I will keep children that I am responsible for, under close supervision.
