This form is for:
1 - Getting a quote for service
2 - Getting a Return Authorization Number
Upon hitting "Submit", an email will be sent to your inbox immediately. So please be sure to input your email address accurately, and if you don't immediately receive a confirmation email, check your SPAM folder. This form has, thus far, a 100% success rate in sending confirmation emails.
Notes:
1. Quotes typically take 1-2 business days, and will come from Darla (darla@cardas.com). If you don't receive a quote within two business days, check your SPAM folder.
2. When sending cables in for service, send both in the pair. Even if only one of them needs service.
3. Do not send your product in its original packaging, as it will not be returned.
4. Serviced cables are packaged in a plastic bag, and receive a certficiate indicating that they have been serviced at Cardas Audio. The bag & certificate are then placed in a sturdy couregated cardboard box and shipped back via Fed Ex.
5. New or replacement packaging is not available. Re-terminated or repaired cables are not eligible for new packaging.
6. We only service Cardas products. We do not service cables made by other manufacturers.
7. Cables sent for authentication, and found to be counterfeit, will be indelibly marked as counterfeit and returned.
