Please note:
1- When sending cables, do not send them in their original box or packaging. It will not be returned.
2- New or replacement packaging is not available. Re-terminated or repaired cables are not eligible for new packaging.
3 - We only service Cardas products. We do not service cables made by other manufacturers.
4 - Cables sent for authentication, and found to be counterfeit, will be indelibly marked as counterfeit and returned.
5 - Send the pair. Both cables. Send both cables. Even if just one has a problem, send both. Did we mention that you need to send both? Because you need to send both cables. Sorry if we're emphasizing this too much but as many times as we tell people to send both and they only send one makes us realize we can't state this enough times. Send both. Both cables. The left and the right. Both of them. Send them both.
6 - Do not send the original packaging. Once again, do not send the box or the bag the cables came in. Don't.
7 - Send both cables in the pair, and do not send the box.
8 - Don't send the box, and do send both cables in the pair.
