    Please note that you will need to have the following information with you in order to complete your online entry form:

    • GolfLink Numbers for both yourself and your partner
    • Contact information (including email addresses and phone numbers) for both players
    • A commitment to riding in carts (subject to availablility), or walking
    • Details of any dietary requirements of players and guests
    • Credit card details to process the Entry Fee of both players to one single card

  • MOTORISED CARTS:

    Players may use Motorised Carts for this event. Carts can be hired from the Club Professional for $30 per day. There are a limited number of Carts available for hire - preference will be on a first in, first allocated basis.

  • SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

    All efforts will be undertaken to provide suitable meals for any participants with specific dietary requirements. Please indicate below any participant’s dietary needs:



  • FUNCTION GUESTS:

    Players can bring a guest to the Welcome Function, Classic Dinner and Presentation Lunch for an additional total fee of $75 per person (for all three functions). Please indicate below if you will be bringing a guest.

     

  • We confirm that we have read and understand the Conditions of Entry and Tournament Rules and agree to abide by those rules.

    We also agree to the Mount Coolum Golf Club using our photo for press releases and other media in relation to this Event, and agree to our name being published on the Club website and other media (i.e. newspapers) with the results.
