2021 Call for Applications
**Please read before filling out the form**

This application form should be completed by the project coordinator in English.

The form requires the following information to be inputted:
- Name, position and contact details of the project coordinator
- Name, position and contact details of all of the partners who are participating in the project
In addition, the following documents need to be prepared for upload to the application form:
- Time frame for the proposed activity in pdf
- Detailed budget calculation in excel (template)
- Endorsement letters of the respective Dean or Faculty Head, declaring the support of the envisaged project in pdf (template)

You may still edit your submission until 19 July 2021 17:00h (CEST) You will receive an e-mail with the link to your form upon submission.

Recommendation for text entry:

Copy text from your Word documents first into Notepad (or Notepad ++) and then into the longer text entry fields. Upon submission you will have access to your file in PDF to check all text is displayed correctly. This is the file that the evaluators will receive. Please note that changes can still be made until 19 July at 17:00 CET.
