Data Controller: The data controller is able to access any information regarding the monitored premises including personal details like keyholder telephone numbers.

If the person is not a data controller they will be able to arm/disarm and request access to the site during monitoring hours. They will not be able to ask for any other information regarding the monitored premises for example who the keyholders are.

A site contact this person is not contacted in an emergency but might want to know what is going on with the site

A Keyholder we will contact this person in an emergency and they might need to attend the site to meet emergency services. They will require access to the site out of hours.

CCTV Web Portal Access the person will be given access to our web portal where they can view received alarms and look at live CCTV images.

Fault reports are created if we spot any problems with your CCTV equipment, they can be delivered to a site contact via SMS or Email.

Incident reports are created after an incident has taken place on your site, they can be delivered to a site contact via SMS or Email.

Verification Password this password is to verify the person we are speaking to is genuine, we ask for this password before discussing anything with them
Data Controller nominating a site contact as a data controller means we will only reveal specific data to this contact like keyholder details.
