This form replaces the paper passport you normally would use. Instead of getting your passport stamped to show that you attended, you'll use this form to confirm that you watched a presentation. In order to be eligible for the prize drawings, you must "attend" three presentations, plus the plenary speaker session with Que Tucker (either live or recorded), and answer a few questions to confirm your attendance of each session. You may enter all four attendances at once, or you may enter one at a time (you will receive a confirmation email which will allow you log back in to your form and add additional attendances).
