This order form is for marketing pieces that are to be printed and mailed through COR's Print & Mail Center. Print cost IS included in this form for information purposes. Postage cost is NOT included since the final postage expense is not known until the completed mailing has been posted in the USPS software. Agents will be billed by Accounting on their monthly bill, with the print and postage costs listed separately.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The "QUANTITY" entered should be the combined total of the Final Count you obtained from the Database Specialist, PLUS any extras you may have requested. For single-page products such as 8x11 brochures or flyers, your quantity will need to be an EVEN number as these pieces are printed two to a page. So order 2, 4, 6, 8, and so on if you are ordering these products.
First Class Mailings

(less than 200 addresses)

Make sure the right side of the piece is blank! This goes for postcards and newsletters. See the Example Below.
Bulk Mail Pieces

(more than 200 addresses)

Make sure that you have left enough room for the address. The address box (which includes the return address) should be 4.5 in. wide and 4 in high. See 2nd example below. This goes for postcards and newsletters.
