Terms & Conditions:

**Booking Procedure**:

Courses can be booked by completing a Registration Form, you can book multiple courses on the one Registration Form.

Non-refundable Deposit of £100 per training course is required at time of booking to guarantee your space on your chosen course.

Once full payment has been received you will be issued with the training material. Full payment must be made no later than 10 days prior to your practical training day

Payment can be made by a BACS transfer, card payment or via Clear Pay or Klarna. Invoices will be issued.

All bookings will be confirmed by email.

If you already have a recognised qualification in Anatomy & Physiology you may be exempted. Please provide copies of your relevant qualification certificates related to this.

**Cancellation/Rescheduling (by Student) Policy**:

If you (the student) are unable to attend a course for any reason, the following will apply

*If the student needs to cancel their course once booked and full payment has NOT been made. The booking will be cancelled, and the student will lose the £100 non-refundable deposit.

*If a student needs to cancel their course but has already received the training material, the course fee is 100% non-refundable

*If the student needs to reschedule their course dates once they have received the training material the following applies:

*Notice provided 3 weeks or more from the date of the course in writing, a new date can be made with an admin fee of £50, you can only reschedule once.

*If notice is given less than 3 weeks to the date of the course, full charges apply, and no changes can be made

**Not enough students for group training Policy**:

If you (the student) have booked onto a group course and there are no other students booked onto this course. Essential Thyme will contact you a week prior to your course dates to advise you (the student) and check to see if you (the student) would like to reschedule your training to the next group dates or to opt for Solo training. Please note for Swedish 2-day group training will reduce to 1 day for solo training and a model will be required).

If one of the students does not arrive or cancels last minute on the day for the practical training session no refunds or change of dates will be allowed to that student.
If cancellation happens last minute due to not enough students for group setting. Essential Thyme will contact remaining student to advise as soon as possible. The remaining student will be offered the following options:

Option 1 - Change practical session to next group dates suitable for the student

Option 2 - Change from group training to solo training (model will be required). Two days will reduce to One day course.

If the student does not wish either of the above options, their booking will be classed as no show and full charges apply.
What to wear/items to bring?

You need to feel comfortable when you are practising, therefore it's recommended to wear loose comfortable clothes, so you can move around. Shoes should be flat - trainers are a good option as long as they are comfy as you will be on your feet during the practical sessions.

With regards to items to bring, you will receive an email at the time of confirmation with information on what items you will be required to bring with you on the day(s) of the course such as towels etc.
