Cancellation/rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to give this notice will result in a rebooking fee of 50% of the originally scheduled services. All future appointments and the ability to schedule will be forfeited until this fee is collected. No call/ no show appointments will not be considered for rescheduling.
