Photography Location Request Form
All sections must be filled out and form submitted prior to any photography taking place. Location fee and certificate of insurance requirements for photographers also required. Location fee is $250 per hour during the weekdays, $500 per hour during weekends. Rates may be higher during high occupancy periods.
