The Organization/Business will sign up for the SBVE Partner (Referral/Affiliate) Program so that clicks, registrations and sales can be tracked and credited to the organization. Register here: affiliates.mbxsbve.com Inside the Partner Portal will be sample copy and images for the Organizaition/Business promotional use. You will receive 50% of any Recordings or VIP Upsells. The Organization/Business agrees to promote the event using email and social media and any other means they see fit. The organizations logo will be added to the SBVE event website after 10 free registrations have been received through partner link.
The Organization/Business agrees that if they do not promote the event, then they will not recieve the benefits outlined above in this document.
Consent to Use photos from booth, speakers and recordings:
I hereby agree and give my permission for MBX Events and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the MBX website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the MBX's control. I agree that I will not hold the MBX Events responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
