• Please note your particular session time as not all are the same
• All riders on this form must ride on the same day/s selected.
• For example 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 next to the date corresponding with riders booked.
• If you have more than 6 riders please only choose the same as the amount of riders on this form then add more riders via a new submission

Disclaimer 

• All riders MUST complete a disclaimer before riding (no exceptions)
• If you need to do another disclaimer the link is HERE
• If you have previously filled in a Cherbon Waters Disclaimer you do not need to do a new one.  
• Filling in a disclaimer is not proof of any booking - you need to fill in all rider's details on this form to be booked in.
• To speed up the check in process on the day please fill in a disclaimer as soon as possible
• If you are unable to have a witness for your disclaimer you can fill in when you arrive for your ride. 
• Ensure your name on the Disclaimer is an exact match for this form - no nicknames please

 

 

Terms and Conditions

• Group trail rides are not permitted for persons with special needs.
• Special needs persons need one on one assistance for which a Group trail ride does not offer.
• If you book and do not advise of a special needs person, Cherbon Waters staff reserve the right to refuse the ride due to safety reasons. A refund is unavailable for non-disclosure.
• Cherbon Waters will provide a Helmet and Boots.
• Unless wearing horse riding boots you MUST use the supplied boots from Cherbon Waters. NO standard shoes/runners are allowed.
• You will need to wear socks and comfortable long pants.
• If you do not have long pants you will not be permitted to ride.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted on a horse or anywhere other than the car park.
• Mobile phones are not to be used whilst around or riding a horse.
• All persons attending are not to roam the property but are to stay in the Arena viewing area or as directed to the Arena to mount your horse.
• If you are between 88kg and 95kg (max wgt limit) you must be 175cm+ tall.
• Any rider booked who refuses to mount a horse or does not complete the trail ride will not receive a refund
• Pets are not permitted on the property due to rider safety.
• We include a stop to take photos during the trail otherwise Mobile phones MUST remain in a secure pocket and on SILENT to avoid startling horses
• Please do not video while horses are moving
• Go Pros and cameras are not permitted to be worn while riding
• Backpacks are not permitted to be worn while riding
• Water cannot be taken while riding

   

Confirmations

• You will receive an email confirmation of your Trail ride after submitting this form - if you can see your date on this email then you are confirmed for this ride.
• If you do not get an email confirmation (please check junk/spam folders as well) your booking may not have been received - please email us at info@cherbonwaters.com.au to check if we have your booking 
• Go to the car park then proceed to viewing area then walk through the door on the left to meet staff and be prepped for your ride.

• All you will need to do is arrive 30 minutes prior to riding on your nominated time/day to pay riding fees, be fitted for helmets, boots and be mounted on time
