Application Transfer

Please ONLY use this form if you have submitted a SOHO ADOPTION APPLICATION, found here: www.sohodogrescue.org/adoption-application

 

If you have submitted a PETFINDER ADOPTION INQUIRY, please be advised this is not an application for our purposes and your submission with this form will be discarded. Please go to the above-listed link to fill out our application.

 

Please note that we are an all-volunteer organization and we are doing our very best to get to everyone who inquires about dogs, but our dogs are receiving many applications and this has slowed down our application process. 

 

This form sends an e-mailed copy of your application transfer request to coordinators across our volunteer network.

Please note that at this time we are restricting application considerations to ONE DOG AT A TIME, PER HOUSHOLD. We can't consider your application for multiple dogs at the same time. We also cannot consider multiple applications from the same household (please see our adoption application for details). 

We also cannot consider your application for "any dog" - please be specific in naming a dog in our care. Thank you so much for your understanding.
