Use this form to request that your application is considered for a different dog.
Please ONLY use this form if you have submitted a SOHO ADOPTION APPLICATION, found here: www.sohodogrescue.org/adoption-application

If you have submitted a PETFINDER ADOPTION INQUIRY, please be advised this is not an application for our purposes and your submission with this form will be discarded. Please go to the above-listed link to fill out our application.

Please note that we are an all-volunteer organization and we are doing our very best to get to everyone who inquires about dogs.

If choosing a puppy that is a part of a litter, please feel free to apply your application to a second puppy (please note: we do not adopt out two dogs at the same time, this is for your application to be considered for either puppy):
Please note that at this time we are restricting application considerations to ONE DOG AT A TIME, PER HOUSHOLD. To eliminate confusion on our end, we cannot currently consider your application for multiple dogs at the same time as we have multiple teams working with different foster homes (please pick just one dog). We also cannot consider multiple applications from the same household (please see our adoption application for details). Thank you so much for your understanding.
For your application to be considered more quickly, please attach a copy of your application (a confirmation copy was e-mailed to you following your application). Please note this is not *required*, but it does help us out if you are able.
