    Quarterly members receive a 10% discount + free home delivery. Full payment is required for each quarter. Payments recur each quarter unless you ask us to stop/stall payment.

    • 1.) When do I place my first order?

      We send out a newsletter with a link to our update online store catalog every other week, usually on Thursday or Friday, and request orders the following Monday morning by 8am. We then close the store to start packing orders for that week.

      We deliver twice a month, however, starting in November, we will only deliver once a month to Raleigh, Cary/Apex, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, until we add more members in these locations.

      Please wait until you receive our newsletter to place an order. If you visit our store before the newsletter has gone out the store will be closed.

      2.) Can I order whatever I want?

      Yes! You can TOTALLY customize your order so that you don't end up with anything that you don't want.

      3.) How does the distribution process work?

      On delivery day, we will send you a text message to remind you to leave a cooler out for us in a conspicuous location.

      You will then receive an automatically generated text notification when we are 30 minutes away as well as when your order has been delivered. 

      The delivery window is between 1-9pm, though usually toward the later end of that window. Your meat, eggs, and cheese will be fine in a cooler in a shady spot for 3-4 hours even in the summer.

      4.) How do I pay you?

      Credit Card: Depending on the payment plan you signed up for, your card will be charged automatically and show up as Edens Meats on your statement. Your payment plan will also automatically renew each month, quarter, or year until you stall or stop payment. 

      Charges will be made on the 1st or 21st of the month (depending on plan) and show up as Edens Meats on your statement. 

      Check Payment: Whether you're paying in full with one check or with post-dated checks, please send the checks to us within 5 business days of signing up for a membership plan. Instructions about how to pay with a check should be included on your form.

      Meat Curious: If you're trying out a plan for one month and decide that it's not for you, we will simply send you a bill for your one order. If you're trying our Meat Curious plan for one month and decide to become a full member, we will roll you into one of our payment plans.

      5.) How can I get more involved as a member?

      Our farm is your farm. Make sure to read our newsletters twice a month for different happenings on the farm and/or at our farm stand at Botanist and Barrel just down the road.

        • My Membership Agreement


          - I agree that Community Supported Agriculture is a mutual relationship between growers and eaters, and that by joining this meat membership I am supporting local farmers and the humane and ecological production of better-tasting meat. My membership is more than a transaction--I agree to be supportive, flexible, and kind in my interactions and feedback. 

          - I agree that as a member on the quarterly payment plan, charges will recur every three months unless I stall or end my membership.

          - I agree that I am responsible for my order once it is delivered to my home.  

          - If I am unable to place an order or claim my home-delivered order for any reason, I will contact Edens Meats 24 hrs in advance to make other arrangements. Otherwise, I understand that my share will be delivered as scheduled; there are no refunds for missed pick-ups.
