The above list of family members must also be registered as legal dependents under the Property Member.

Once your application has been approved, Member Services will call you to process the $435.00 fee.

By submitting this application. You are agreeing to adhere to the LMOA Swimming Pool Rules listed in Chapter 6, Section 6.03 in the LMOA Policy Manual.
