Student Conduct Sanctioned Community Service Registration Form

Students assigned community service as part of a conduct violation must sign up for their Saturday Service Hours a minimum of 24 hours before the selected date. Students who fail to register and complete their community service by the due date will have their ID cards deactivated and/or a hold on to their student account until completed.

I understand I must arrive at the Residence Life Office in the Bair Family Student Center on my selected Saturday and time to complete my service. I am to wear clothes and shoes that I feel comfortable doing labor in (cleaning, moving of furniture, etc). I must complete my full sanctioned hours and projects to a quality level for it to be counted. Once completed I understand I am responsible for submitting my Community Service Reflection within 24 hours of completed service.
