Balance Due: COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, INCLUSIONS & RESTRICTIONS: As the parties intend to share the above-referenced premises for each of their EVENTS Conditions, Inclusions & Restrictions shall apply:

Landlord provides a break room as well as two public restrooms for use by the Tenants and Subtenants of the property. Landlord and Tenants may request that policy(ies) name Landlord and Tenants as additional insured. 10. REPAIRS/CLEANING: If a light goes out, or something breaks, please notify Tenant so that she may order new ones. 11. This lease may be ended at any time by tenants if they feel it is not working out.

INCORPORATION OF PRIME LEASE: This Sublease is subject to all the terms of the (Urban Edge Management LLC) with the same force and effect as if each provision of the Prime Lease were included in this Sublease, except as otherwise provided in this Sublease. All of the obligations of the Tenants under the Prime Lease shall be binding upon Subtenant. All if the obligations of Landlord under the Prime Lease shall inure to the benefit of Subtenant. It is the intent of the parties, that, except as otherwise provided in this Sublease, the relationship between Tenants and Subtenant shall be governed by the various provisions of the Prime Lease as if those provisions were included in this Sublease in full, except that the terms "Landlord", "Tenant(s)", and "Lease" as used in the Prime Lease, shall instead refer to, respectively, "Tenants", "Subtenant" and "Sublease".
