Hey, guys.

To help limit the back and forth, we've made this form to help you secure an appointment faster! Just a couple of things before you fill out the form:

1. No major changes the day of the appointment. If you wish to completely change/alter your design, you must call at least 48 hours beforehand and we will reschedule you.

2. All forms submitted do not gauruntee a response. Please be aware that response time can be upwards of a month as we get 50+ submissions a day.

3. Submitting a form does NOT mean your idea will be selected. All ideas are ran by Kato and the ones chosen I will reach out to.

4. Floral and anime style tattoos are preferred.

5. All designs/draw ups of your idea are done the day of your appointment.

$200 MINIMUM $100 DEPOSIT VIA VENMO/PAYPAL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

BEFORE SUBMITTING:

There will be a $100 deposit required at the time of securing your appointment via venmo/paypal. This will go towards the total cost of the tattoo. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A DEPOSIT BEFORE I SECURE AN APPOINTMENT WITH YOU.

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be put towards another appointment with Kato for a year if you must reschedule. All appointment reschedules must be done at least 48 hours in advance. To reschedule/cancel please contact MEOW MEOW (910) 399-2017 Tues-Sat 12pm to 6pm.
