Moving Out? We are sad to see you go and really appreciate your stay with us! Whether you are a snowbird who's returning to the North, continuing your adventure after being here in St. George or moving into a new home, apartment or even trying out a different place to live in your RV, we require this form to be submitted 30 or more days prior to your move-out date.
You are responsible for the rent and power of any remaining days left in the current month PLUS the 30 Days (1 full Month) after the end of the current month. This could mean you have up to 59 days of rent due after you submit this form. Due to the high demand for Hillside Palms Spaces, we need this form submitted in timely fashion in order to release you from your rent obligations.
Additionally, if for any reason you are not ready to move out by the DATE you indicate below on this form, you agree that you are responsible and will still need to vacate the space if Hillside Palms RV has already rented your space to a new tenant. If your plans change, you will need to resubmit a reservation request on our website and management will make every effort to try to accommodate your request based on occupancy, waitlists, and any confirmed new tenant reservations.
