    Within 72 hours, you'll receive a reservation confirmation by email from the Camp Registrar. Or, if your preference is not available, the Camp Registrar will call or email to discuss alternatives.

    Payment in full is required for all reservations at the time of submission. We use Square, which accepts credit cards. Credit card payments require a processing fee of 2.9% + 0.30c.

    If in the rare case your reservation request cannot be accommodated, the full amount will be refunded.

    All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy on our reservations page.

    Please note that while we process requests as we receive them during the season, reservation requests still require a separate confirmation before you can come to camp. Please allow at least one week of processing time for in-season reservation requests. Include all relevant information in your request (email, full names, phone numbers, signed consent forms,etc.) to help ensure your request is easily and quickly processed.

    Please note full week reservations are for seven day weeks with Saturday arrival - Saturday departure.

    Partial week reservations (3 night minimum) are also accepted, starting or ending on a Saturday. 

    For Camp's Extension (Basic Service), 8/24 - 9/7, daily rates apply - select partial week and the dates of your stay.

    Availability is limited at Camp - some weeks or days may not be available if camp is full - you will be unable to select these week(s) or day(s) for full or partial reservations in the drop downs and calendar elements below.

    For other weeks, given limited availability, a code is needed from the Camp Registar to submit your registration. If you do not have one, please call the Camp Registrar: (914) 747-3194 to obtain a code and submit your online registration.

    Please reach out to us on the Contact page if you have any issues with the online reservation form. Note that any fields marked with a red star are required and the form will not submit if they are not provided.

    Additionally, any form errors will prevent the form’s submission. If you do not see the green “Submit Form” button at the bottom of the form, check the form for any errors: date selections, missing required fields, etc.

  • Reservation requests require:

    1. A signed AMC Liability-Waiver Form (PDF Download) for each member of your party. All members of your party can be on one form.

    2. A completed Confidential Medical Form (PDF Download).

    PDF Copies are provided below. There are several options to sign them:

    1) Fill out online fillable versions of the forms:

    After completing the online fillable form, a PDF copy will be emailed to you for your records that you can upload here.

    2) Download, print, sign, and scan the forms to your computer.

    3) Adobe Reader is a software program that will allow you to digitally fill out and sign the form, skipping the print and scan steps. Download the form (click the links above or the downward facing arrow in the panel below) then follow these steps to sign the form.

    Open the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
    Click on "Fill & Sign" in the Tools tab
    Click "Sign", and then select Add Signature.

    Note that each adult member will need to sign the forms. You can combine the names/signatures on a single copy of each form. Or, the Browse Files buttons can accept multiple uploads, so you can submit mutiple versions of each form if everyone filled them out individually.
