    Step 2: Initial Review


    Review Process: Our hiring team will review all applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and align with our salon's values.
    Notification: Selected candidates will be contacted to schedule an initial interview.


    Step 3: Meeting with the Owners


    Purpose: This meeting allows candidates to learn more about Beauty Pros Salon, our mission, and our expectations.
    Discussion Topics: We will discuss your experience, career goals, and how you can contribute to our team.


    Step 4: Team Member Evaluation


    Team Meeting: Candidates will meet with current team members to assess compatibility and fit within our salon culture.
    Evaluation Criteria: We value teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude.


    Step 5: Shadowing Experience


    Shadowing Session: Candidates will spend a few hours in the salon to observe our operations and interact with clients and staff.
    Objective: This experience helps candidates understand our work environment and allows us to see how they engage with our team and clients.


    Step 6: Final Decision


    Evaluation: After the shadowing session, our team will evaluate all aspects of the candidate's application and interactions.
    Offer: Successful candidates will receive a job offer, including details about compensation, benefits, and start date.


    Step 7: Onboarding


    Orientation: New hires will undergo an orientation session to familiarize themselves with salon policies, procedures, and expectations.
    Training: We provide ongoing training and support to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.
