Sign the petition if you support the county motto: Pride, Preservation, Conservation. Petition to cease use of all taxpayer funds for any encroachment in any State Land of Walton County, Florida, to study, survey or otherwise focus on Deer Lake State Park and Point Washington State Forest for any use other than passive recreation for which it was originally purchased. This Petition covers all State Lands within Walton County bounds, including Eden State Gardens, Grayton Beach State Park, and Topsail Preserve as well, all future lands purchased by the State of Florida:
