Costs:
The cost per vendor spot is $150.00 which includes 2 tables in a 10x10 foot area. Extra tables are $75.00 per table and extends your spots physical space to accommodate each additional table purchased. i.e 2 extra tables extends the spot an additional 10x10 foot.
Vendors must be set up by 9:30 a.m. the day of the event, no additional vehicle traffic will be permitted after this time as the grounds will be open to the public. Vendors will be provided access to the grounds at 7:00 a.m. the day of the event for the purposes of setting up. Vendors are strongly encouraged to setup anything they are able to the evening before the event however we do not provide continuous overnight security on the facility. Evening before setup is available from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m.
If power is required Vendors are responsible to provide their own generator with a max 60 DB noise output commonly referred to as campground quiet. Contractor generators producing 67 DB are not permitted unless housed in a sound deadening enclosure.
There are limited spaces for Food Trucks, applications will be reviewed to ensure there are no conflicts in product offerings. Food truck spaces are $250.00 for the Highland Gathering and may extend after the event for the celebration after 4:00 p.m.
Chairs and Canopies are the responsibility of the Vendor.

- Deadline for applications to the proposed event date of June 25th 2023 will be June 18/2023
- If, due to restrictions, the Highland Gathering is not able to occur Vendor fees will be refunded after the official announcement made by the Edmonton Scottish Society.
