Once order form has been received, Shoogies will send an invoice with all the product info requested and payment required; this means that the order has been accepted. Order has not been finalized until full payment has been received. Payments are received via Venmo @shoogiesbaking. If an order needs to be cancelled, the customer must do so ONE WEEK in advance in order for a full refund to be issued; any time less than the ONE WEEK advance notice will result in a 50% partial refund.
