Cake Cutting
When picking up your cake, it will be completely frozen. Keep this in mind when considering the time you plan on cutting the cake. I recommend leaving both the 6” 3 layer cake and 8” 3 layer cake out on the counter for about 3 hours to allow it to thaw enough to cut. For the “smash” cake, I recommend letting your cake sit out for about 1-2 hours prior to cutting. I do not recommend placing the cake in the fridge as that can dry out your cake.
IMPORTANT
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to pickup your order at the original date and time you provided; a small grace window of 15 minutes will be allotted. Failure to do so will result in next day pickup.
Payment Info:
Once order form has been received, Shoogies will send an invoice with the order details and the payment required; this means that the order has been accepted. Please note: The order has not been finalized until FULL payment has been received. Payments are received via Venmo @shoogiesbaking. If an order needs to be cancelled, the customer must do so at least 72 hours in advance in order for a full refund to be issued; any time less than the 72 hour advance notice will result in a 50% refund.
